We have developed and characterized the performance of a glucose biosensor based on glucose oxidase (Gox) with cross-linking in the matrix of bovine serum albumun (BSA), and MWCNT-palladium nanoparticles. The Nafion/God /MWCNT-pd/GCE was easily prepared in a rapid and simple procedure, and it application is improved the sensitive of determination glucose. Meanwhile, the results obtained from each CV, amperometric methods for glucose determination were comparable. Based on the result of the amperometric method, the respond time was very short, and the line are egressione quation was obtaine the very low concentration region of less than 1.0 mM at an applied potential of 0.4 V. The glucose was determined at an applied potential of 0.4 V by amperometric method. It was found that the line arresponse for glucose was from 1 µM to 10 mM. The resulted sensor shows fast response and good stability.
