Recently, our group reported the synthesis of an isolable diruthenium complex and its utilities for the chemoenzymatic dynamic kinetic resolution of secondary alcohols and the chemoselective hydrosilylation of aldehydes under photolytic conditions using household fluorescent light.1,2
In addition to these results, new findings about the activation of hydrostannanes and organic azides with the ruthenium complex under fluorescent light will be presented.
