We showed in recent that a natural deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) so-called salmon testes sodium salt had an intrinsic magnetic property in the perfectly dried state. Cyclotron motions of natural charge carriers, that may be guided by a molecular helical structure of DNA itself, and their lateral constructive interferences were introduced to explain an extremely broad electron magnetic resonance (EMR) signals. Moreover, it was suggested that mesoscopic loop currents including a few hundred of double-stranded DNAs (dsDNAs) (about 50 nm) can be driven in the transverse directions by the aforementioned constructive interferences, leading to s-shaped magnetization-magnetic fields (M-H) curves in SQUID magnetic measurement. These mean that wave functions of the charge carriers in DNAs can survive up to tens of nanometer by the interference effects. Therefore, we decide to confirm such coherent characteristics of the charge carriers, so that dsDNAs having a very dilute DPPH radical are prepared and studied by using EMR spectroscopy. As a result, the coherent features of the natural charge carriers are evidenced by observing EMR signals corresponding to spin triplet states.
