In this study, the electrochemical characterization of hydrazine labeled GFP was performed in its folding & unfolding process. This method utilizes a conduction polymer, poly-5, 2´:5´, 2´´-terthiophene-3´-carboxylic acid (pTTCA), covalently linked to the hydrazine-linked GFP. Cyclic Voltammetric (CV) analyses appeared the reduction peak of the modified electrode for hydrazine labeled of folding & unfolding green fluorescent protein were -50mV, -100mV.(vs. Ag/AgCl(sta'd)), respectively. The peak current of the modified electrode for hydrazine labeled of unfolding green fluorescent protein was higher than those of the folding ones. Moreover, the electrochemical characterization of hydrazine labeled GFP was investigated into using electrocatalytic reduction of hydrogen peroxide.
