| Abstract |
Infliximab is a monoclonal antibody works against tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) for treatment of autoimmune diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and Crohn’s diseases. We initiated characterization of the antibody by tryptophan fluorescence quenching at various conditions (pH, storge period, reducing agent etc) and results will be presented, Hydrodynamic properties of the protein estimated by velocty sedimentation will be also discussed. |
