| Abstract |
In this talk, new capability of AFM that has been studied in my laboratory for quantitative analysis of various biomarkers (DNA, miRNA, mRNA, proteins), high resolution mapping of individual microRNAs at neuronal spines, elucidation of the interaction between peptides and a chaperone protein during the translation at a ribosome, single DNA sequencing will be presented. |
