| Abstract |
A new palladium-catalyzed asymmetric coupling reaction of indoles with alkoxyallenes is reported. Notably, the reaction showed complete regioselectivity for nitrogen regardless of electronic properties of indoles. This synthetic method offers highly efficient and flexible synthesis of N-glycosydic indoles. |
