| Abstract |
We have developed a copper-catalyzed borylative intramolecular cyclization method of alkenes with imines, leading to enantio-enriched cis-disubstituted indolines. This methodology accommodates various functionalized vinyl arenes with a tethered imine group including a heterocycle to yield borylated cis-indolines up to 90% yield and 90% ee. |
