Abstract |
We can find many examples of dichotomic(switching) process anywhere. Chemical dynamics is a powerful tool for predicting the dynamical behavior of systems. For quantitative understanding of behaviors of a system, it is essential to construct a correct mathematical description of networks interacting with complex environments and observe the time-correlation function.
A theoretical strategy for calculating the state time-correlation function in Laplace domain is presented. A model is proposed for a rate process through a bottleneck with Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process as a exactly solvable model.
