Abstract |
We report simultaneous determination of heavy metal ions (HMIs, (Zn(II), Cd(II), Pb(II), Cu(II), and Hg(II)) using terthiphene polymer composite electrode which was prepared by thermal reaction method. Square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) was performed simultaneously to analyze the HMIs by sweeping the potential between -1.4 and +0.5 V in an 0.05M acetate buffer solution (pH 5.0). Analytical parameters affecting the sensor performance was optimized in term of pH, deposition time, ratio of CB:GO:CP. The dynamic range of SWASV for the target ions were between 1 ppb and 1 ppm, respectively with the detection limits between 1.06 (±0.57) and 10.20 (±5.4) ppb for the SWASV with 300 sec of deposition time (n = 3). |
