| Abstract |
Heterocyclic compound containing Trifluoromethyl group have been manifested in the various field of medicinal chemistry because of it’s unique properties. We developed trifluoromethylated heterocyclic compounds via the intramolecular intracyclization induced by photoredox catalysis. This method allowed preparing various CF3 containing cyclic compounds. For example, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen atom containing geterocyclic rings with various ring sizes. |
