| Abstract |
Recently, it reported on high-k dielectric via spin-coating method. In this study, we had demonstrated a solution-processed high-k dielectric material via dip-coating method. These film are fabricated via solution processes and had a lower gate leakage current density than a film via spin-coating method. Thin-film transistors fabricated with organic and inorganic semiconductors exhibited high mobility and current on-off ratios. Also, these devices function well at low voltages. |
