Abstract |
Studies have been made on TADF emitters based on DPyM core, which is electron-accepting units, and di (tert-butyl) carbazole (DTC), which is an electron-donating unit. 3DPyM-pDTC, used as an emitter, which is structurally nearly planar with a very small ΔEST, shows higher color purity and quantum efficiency. The first excited singlet and triplet state energies of the 3DPyM-pDTC used in the study are investigated and a more detailed theoretical study is presented. |
