| Abstract |
We have Depicted the simple and efficient synthesis of 3,4 unsubstituted isoqunolin-1(2H)-one derivatives. Initiating with the coupling of vinyl ethers with different amines followed by rapid intramolecular cyclisation involving Acidic conditions at room temperature. The product thus obtained is further involved in Suzuki coupling reaction in some of our derivatives. |
