Abstract |
NiO thin films were prepared on FTO conducting glass by chemical bath deposition (CBD) at different conditions, such as precursor concentrations and growth time. The prepared and annealed films exhibited porous structures. The porous morphology is observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The prepared NiO films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The porous films were investigated for sustainable applications including electrochromic devices, electrocatalysts and supercapacitors. |
