Abstract |
Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene-chlorofluoroethylene) terpolymer, P(VDF-TrFE-CFE), thin films were fabricated by spin-coating and further annealing process. The effect of the post-annealing temperature on P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) properties was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM). This offers our rationale for a promise in energy harvesting and ferroelectric switchability would be good for plastic and wearable electronics. |
