| Abstract |
For the development of a new SIRT6 Activator, we synthesized N-methyl-N-phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazin-4-amine (1). 5-Amino-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamide (2) was synthesized and built to Pyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazin-4(3H)-one (3) . Following N-methyl-N-phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazin-4-amine (4) was obtained and reacted in iodination. Various functional group was reacted with this pirazolo-triazine in the presence of Suzuki catalysis to give N-methyl-N-phenylpyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazin-4-amine sturucture (6), which was converted into the corresponding several compounds (7). Structure-activity relationships of (6) and (7) were investigated. |
