| Abstract |
We described here a synthesis of interal alkynes (cyano group and thio group).
Contents include: (1) we synthesized cyanoalkynes by the procedure of Sonogashira coupling of iodobenzene to propagyl alcohol and them into nitriles with ammonium acetate, idosobenzene diacetate and TEMPO.
(2) we synthesized thioalkynes into an one-pot from terminal alkyne via the nucleophilic substitution of lithium alkynyl thiolate to diverse halides with n-BuLi and sulfur. |
