Abstract |
N-3,5-Dinitrobenzoyl(DNB) phenylglycinol derived CSP(CSP 1) and leucinol derived CSP(CSP 2) were used for the separation of various chiral analytes.1,2 In this study, we synthesized the chiral stationary phases using 2 ㎛ silica gel instead of 5 ㎛ silica gel to improve the number of theoretical plate and use for supercritical fluid chromatography, compared the resolution.
