Abstract |
According to the National Health Statistics released by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the average sleep time of Koreans is 6.8 hours, which is less than 7 ~ 9 hours of adult recommended sleeping time. In addition, the number of people receiving medical treatment due to sleep disorders such as insomnia is also increasing year by year. To overcome this sleep disorder, it is important to create a sleeping environment. For the smooth secretion of melatonin, a hormone that induces sleep, it is essential to secure a sleeping environment such as perfect humidity control and blocking sunlight to enable comfortable breathing. In this study, we fabricated porous nano-capsules for controlling the humidity of curtains. Also, we applied nano-capsule to fabric and evaluated absorption of humidity. The nano-capsules were characterized by FT-IR, DLS, C13 NMR, FE-SEM and TEM.
