Call for Abstracts
Call for Abstracts Deadline: Due August 5, 2016
We invite you to submit an abstract to the new Pacific Rim Symposium on Surfaces, Coatings and Interfaces (PacSurf 2016) that will be held on the Big Island of Hawaii from December 11-15, 2016. This conference is being organized by AVS (United States) with a Steering Committee composed of representatives from Australia, Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan. We welcome abstract submissions from all Pacific Rim countries as well as the rest of the worldWe will have morning and evening technical sessions with the afternoons free for other activities and discussions.

Biomaterial Interfaces (BI): The BI topic will feature sessions focused on the latest advances in biointerface science and engineering. Papers are solicited in the areas of: biomaterial and interface characterization--especially in the biological environment; soft surface and biofunctional coatings; bio/nano imaging; biosensing; and plasmas in biomaterials and medicine.
