Patterning of photopolymers containing fluorophore was explored by using holographic method. The photo-reactive multifunctional monomers containing methacrylate and acrylate functional group were synthesized and investigated for holographic patterning. Pyrene and pyrene derivatives having methacrylate group were used as a fluorescent dopant. Hologarphic patterning was performed under a 491 nm laser with a series of incident angles from 20 ° to 70°. Diffraction efficiency of the patterned area was detected in real-time to reach ~ 90 % and stable over long exposure up to 1000 s. The photopolymer film was also applied to fabricate 2-dimensional gap-electrode pattern by using a photo mask. The gap-electrode pattern was observed through a fluorescence microscope. The effect of fluorephore on holographic patterning and emission property of the photopolymer films will be discussed.
