The Call for Abstracts for 17ACCC 2017 is closing in one month on 23 March 2017. If you haven’t done so already, don’t miss your opportunity to submit an abstract and be considered for a presentation at the Conference in July. Submissions are sought for oral and poster presentations and can be made via the Presenters’ Portal below.
Abstracts are invited under the following subject areas – the submission portal will list the various themes in each area;
ACC 17 is the major partner in the Royal Australian Chemical Institute’s centenary congress where 9 international meetings are running side by side over the week and a delegate for one is a delegate for all. As an ACC17 delegate you can also submit abstracts to any of the specialised partner conferences if they are a better fit to your area of expertise.
Read through the instructions and abstract template provided on the website and submit your abstract today. Submissions will close on the 23 March 2017.
Key Dates – Mark your Diaries
A single Congress fee will allow delegates to attend any conference or session they wish. No one will be limited to a single conference stream. You should register through the conference site that you intend on spending the most time at so this helps us to know how to plan appropriately.
Delegates may register for the Congress in full as per the categories and rates outlined below.
Registration can be submitted by completing the online form. Registration must be completed by 23 April 2017 to incur the early bird rates. After this date the rates will increase as per the table below.
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST).
*Please indicate attendance via the registration form
Don’t forget your Visa
All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia (other than New Zealand passport holders who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival, provided they meet health and character requirements; and permanent residents of Norfolk Island who may be granted a Permanent Resident of Norfolk Island visa on arrival). The passport which you hold determines whether you are eligible to apply online, or need to lodge a paper based application.
All visitors should apply for a visa at least two months prior to their intended date of departure, and four months prior for people with character or health concerns. The Congress Secretariat holds no responsibility for visa applications.

Sponsorship & Exhibition Opportunities
An exciting range of partner conference opportunities has been developed to ensure a successful outcome for all sponsors and stakeholders. The Sponsorship & Exhibition Prospectus is now available on the Congress website and we are looking for partners from different industry sectors who wish to secure an exclusive opportunity. We are also happy to tailor packages not currently available in the prospectus.
In addition to this, a major element of the Congress will be the exhibition. The daily Congress program will be structured to give participants maximum opportunity to visit the exhibition.
